This week I would like to begin a discussion about tapping. Tapping is a combination of Ancient Chinese Acupressure and Modern Psychology that works to physically alter your brain, energy system and body all at once. I personally have seen it help both myself and my clients heal physical and emotional pain.
Tapping is a powerful way to ease pain without spending money or using too much energy or time. You can do this whenever as it involves no equipment. And the results are often very quick, in some cases instant.
