How to Re-Create Your Life Story: Part 1


Are you satisfied in your life? Break it down. How do you feel about your home, your family, your job, your health, your finances, yourself?


As an emotion life coach, I work with people who are at all stages in their life. And something I have noticed in almost every single person I work with is the undeniable truth that they have settled into habits or situations they are not satisfied with because they don't know how to change.


Today’s blog is all about how to eliminate dissatisfaction from your life. So often we settle into a routine that doesn’t satisfy our physical, emotional or spiritual needs. So often people confuse the act of being satisfied with the act of settling. Life isn’t meant to be boring or dull. Even with a solid daily routine your life should still give you fulfillment.


But how do we get there? How do we free ourselves from this feeling of dissatisfaction in our day to day lives?


It's so easy to get stuck in the same boring routine...

The anti-dote to dissatisfaction is gratitude. Look for things to be grateful for and use that. Gratitude is a power that impacts us and changes our thinking. It even rewires our past subconscious brain programming!


Use affirmations and energy work - you will find the parts of your life you are dissatisfied with will slowly begin to heal. You are becoming aligned to your true purpose.


Personally, I feel any struggles I have with feeling dissatisfied in my life come from being critical. If we are critical of others, we are definitely going to be overly critical with ourselves because we are always more harsh on ourselves. If you find yourself being overly self-critical, my best advice for you is to use affirmations. Say to yourself, I look for the good things in life or I understand the true power of gratitude in my life. Soon this positive thinking will begin to come forth in your life externally.


I also find that creating a vision board helps. Whether your goal is physical, financial, emotional, whatever it may be… manifest this goal with the help of affirmations and strong visions. It is then that you can begin to receive inspiration on how to achieve your goals and truly begin to feel fulfilled with your life in the ways you desire.
